The following return policy applies to items purchased online through Steel Ghar e-portal, after the material has been dispatched by our partners:

  1. Non-Returnable Orders: — Once material is delivered, orders cannot be returned, ensuring clarity in transactions.
  2. Quality Assurance Measures: — We implement extensive measures to prevent quality issues, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Return Claim Process:

  1. Discrepancy in Items: — Customers can initiate a return claim within two days by contacting our toll-free number.
  2. Replacement Requirement: —Material must be returned in its original condition for a replacement to be processed.

Quality Complaints:

  1. Test Certificate (TC): — Accompanies material upon delivery for quality assurance.
  2. Complaint Process: — Customers can report quality complaints within three days through mail or in writing.
  3. Eligibility Criteria: — Rusted or pitted conditions qualify for consideration, while color changes do not.

Surplus Material Return:

  1. Condition Requirement: — Surplus material must be in prime condition, similar to its initial delivery state.
  2. Refund Process: — Upon return, transportation charges, market-driven price variations, and other expenses are evaluated.
  3. Timely Refund: —The remaining amount is promptly refunded within ten working days, ensuring a fair process.
  4. Customer Satisfaction Commitment: — Steel Ghar commitment extends to providing a seamless and reliable return experience, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted partner in the steel industry.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Authorization: — Refunds are subject to authorization by Steel Ghar, ensuring proper processing.
  2. Payment Method: — Refunds for returns or cancellations will be credited to the original account/payment method used by the Buyer or their registered bank account with the Platform.
  3. Timelines: — Steel Ghar will notify the Buyer of the timelines for refund credits, ensuring transparency and clarity in the process.
  4. Third-Party Financing: — If the Buyer utilized third-party financing through Steel Ghar's financial partners, refunds will be credited to these partners. If refunded directly to the Buyer, repayment to the financial partner is required as per credit facility terms.
  5. Marketing Benefits: — If the Buyer received any marketing benefits related to the canceled order, Steel Ghar reserves the right to recover these benefits or offset them from any refunds to the Buyer, ensuring fairness and compliance with promotional terms.
